Hi! My name is Ava. I am a home based Licensed Nail Technician & Salon Manager located in Minnesota. My goal is to make every person that sits in my chair feel great about themselves after they leave their appointment. I specialize in all sorts of nail enhancements. As your tech I will go out my way to make sure that you absolutely love your nails! Cancellation Policy
Deposit REQUIRED upon booking
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• One deposit = One reschedule (valid only within the same month you originally booked)
• Rescheduling past the booked month will require a new deposit, unless otherwise approved
• If you fail to notify me within 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of your appointment total

Late Policy ⏰
• 9-minute grace period is allowed
• 10 minutes late — $10 late fee
• 15 minutes late — $20 late fee added to your total
• 20+ minutes late — Appointment will be cancelled
Please arrive on time to ensure I can give you the best service possible.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment using the card on file
• If payment cannot be processed, you will not be allowed to book with XO until the balance is paid
